Unlike any gym experience you have ever had, Reno Kicks is a new approach to getting fit. We offer a circuit-based workout with High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) that is designed for maximum energy and calorie burn. To do this, we have motivating on-staff trainers by your side every step of the way, instructing you as you work out. There are no set class schedules, our workouts start whenever you arrive.

We have individually selected many unique items of gym equipment to enable you to experience a fast and effective workout. We have chosen heavy bags and speed bags as well as TRX resistance trainers, free weights, and kettle bells. From the first-time boxer to the experienced athlete, we have something for everyone. Because encouragement isn’t enough and 80% of your progress is made in the kitchen, we have a nutrition coach on staff to guide you along your fitness journey. With face-to-face and online access available, you can be sure you have all the tools you need to reach and maintain your goals.


Jordon Trice – General Manager
Jordon has been in fitness all his life, including everything from tennis to cheerleading. For more than 15 years, he has been focused on coaching cheer squads throughout the Reno area, as well as training individual college bound athletes. He is certified in both Boxing and Kickboxing. In Jordon’s spare time, he loves nothing more than helping people make changes for the better. He is passionate about seeing people achieve their goals both inside and outside the gym, and is excited to bring a new approach to getting fit quickly.

Lauren Neil – Nutrition Coach and Trainer
Lauren is a Certified Integrative Nutrition Specialist, Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise and has obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Community Health Sciences. The key word in all of Lauren’s programs is “sustainability”. She helps each individual create a program that specifically fits their lifestyle and teaches people how to run those programs themselves so they can be independently successful for the rest of their lives.

Brigit McGurk – Trainer
Brigit grew up playing various sports and was a cheerleader at the University of Nevada, Reno, where she graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management, along with a minor in Community Health Sciences. Brigit has successfully coached collegiate cheer teams over the past 10 years. Brigit is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals and makes it her priority to see others succeed in these goals.

Dominique DiPietro – Marketing Director
Dominique has worked within the media and journalism fields for the past 3 years. She is excited to bring that experience to Reno Kicks as our Marketing Director and to spread the Reno Kicks philosophy and vision throughout our community. Dominique is committed to encouraging people to become as fit as they want to be.
